TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13. Players under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian where local law requires it. Provide accurate age information, keep your login secure, and do not sell, share, or transfer your account.

One person may not use multiple accounts to manipulate markets, votes, rewards, referrals, or other game systems.

2. The game and virtual property

Earned is an evolving online game. Cash, credits, items, businesses, reputation, and other game assets are licensed features with no cash value outside authorised purchase and refund processes. We may rebalance, correct, remove, or restore game data to protect fairness and system integrity.

3. Intellectual property

Earned, including the software, artwork, text, audio, interface design, game systems, databases, the Earned name, logo and branding, is owned by Earned Game Online or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play Earned for personal, non-commercial use within your plan. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from the service or its content except where the law permits. You keep ownership of content you post, and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and process it in order to operate the service.

4. Conduct

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit minors, publish personal information, post illegal or hateful content, automate play, exploit bugs, reverse-engineer protections, or interfere with other players or the service. Report serious safety concerns through Support.

5. Purchases, billing and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices, billing period and included benefits are shown before checkout on our pricing page and at checkout, and applicable taxes are calculated by Paddle. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Citizen+ renews automatically for the displayed billing period until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals and benefits run to the end of the paid period.

Credits are delivered immediately and credits that have already been spent are not refundable; unused credits from an eligible order can be refunded. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as set out in our Refund Policy. Refunds, chargebacks, reversals, fraud, or payment disputes may cause related credits or benefits to be removed. This may leave a negative credit balance and may pause payment features while reviewed. Purchasing does not exempt anyone from game rules or moderation.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may hide content, warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, safety, legal compliance, or repeated policy violations. In-game convictions and jail are gameplay systems; service moderation is separate. You may ask Support to review an account action.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep Earned available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earned Game Online is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the game changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be submitted through Support.
