ACCEPTABLE USE

1. Prohibited content

You must not upload, post, transmit or link to content that is:

• unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent or in breach of any law or regulation;
• hateful, discriminatory or harassing on the basis of a protected characteristic;
• threatening, abusive, or promoting violence, terrorism, extremism or self-harm;
• sexually explicit, or sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors;
• personal data about any individual, including addresses, contact details, workplaces or identity documents;
• infringing of copyright, trade marks, trade secrets, privacy or publicity rights;
• malware, exploit code or anything designed to damage or compromise systems or accounts;
• advertising, spam, referral schemes, or promotion of gambling, financial or other services.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Holding, operating or benefiting from more than one account; account sharing, sale, rental or transfer.
• Cheating: bots, macros, scripts, automation, modified clients, memory or traffic manipulation, or exploiting defects.
• Manipulating markets, standings, courts, juries, votes, referrals or promotions.
• Real-money trading of virtual items, currency, ventures, crews or accounts outside official purchase channels.
• Impersonating staff, other players, or any person or organisation.
• Harassment, stalking, targeted abuse, doxxing, or organising others to do the same.
• Payment abuse, including fraudulent purchases, unjustified chargebacks and refund abuse.

3. Technical restrictions

You must not scrape, crawl, mirror, frame or systematically extract the service; reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code except as permitted by law; bypass rate limits, authentication, moderation or anti-cheat systems; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure; or place unreasonable load on the service or interfere with its availability for others.

4. Monitoring, reporting and enforcement

We do not routinely monitor private communications, but we may review any content or account activity where necessary to investigate a report, protect players, maintain game integrity, or comply with the law. Automated systems may flag suspicious patterns such as linked sessions or abnormal economic activity for human review.

Report breaches through Support or the in-game reporting tools. Where a breach is found we may remove content, reverse in-game gains, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, retain records of the breach, and disclose information to law enforcement where legally required.

5. Notice of infringement

If you believe content on Earned infringes your intellectual property or privacy rights, contact us through Support with a description of the material, its location, your rights in it, and your contact details. We will review and remove or restrict material where appropriate.
