PRIVACY NOTICE
Earned Game Online, is the data controller for Earned. This notice explains how we handle information when you create an account, play Earned, make a purchase, or contact Support.
Information we collect
Account information: email address, authentication identifiers, and sign-in records. Game information: handle, age band, progress, inventory, businesses, forum activity, moderation history, and gameplay events. Purchase information: product, amount, status, provider transaction identifiers, subscription state, refunds, and reversals. We do not receive your complete card number.
Support and technical information: messages you submit, reply address, timestamps, and limited security data used to prevent abuse and diagnose faults.
How we use information
- Provide accounts, persistent progression, multiplayer markets, forums, courts, and purchases.
- Apply age-banded access, prevent cheating and fraud, enforce rules, and protect players.
- Process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and payment disputes.
- Respond to support requests, maintain the service, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and service providers
We use Lovable for hosting, database, authentication, and managed services, and Paddle for payment processing. We share only what is needed for those services, legal compliance, safety, or a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
Public game information
Your handle, selected flair, standings, forum contributions, market listings, and some civic or gameplay records may be visible to other players. Do not post personal information in public areas.
Retention and deletion
We keep information while your account is active and as needed for game integrity, disputes, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and security. Some transactional and moderation records may remain after account closure where required or reasonably necessary. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Submit a request through Support; we may need to verify your identity.
Young players
Earned is for ages 13 and over and uses age bands to restrict content. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts. See the Age Guide for the current bands.
Security and contact
We use access controls and server-side rules designed to protect player data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Report privacy or security concerns through Support.
